Through expert-led guidance, you’ll learn about the benefits of breastfeeding, proper latch and positioning, milk supply management, and how to recognize and address feeding concerns early. We also cover breast pumps, flange fittings, alternative feeding options, partner support, and strategies for building a nurturing feeding environment. Our supportive, evidence-based approach ensures you are prepared for the realities of newborn feeding, whether you choose to breastfeed exclusively, combine feeding methods, or need to supplement. This one to one consult is designed to meet your specific needs and help feel more confident in those early days with your baby. 1.5 hour consult in your home or online​.
