Group Prenatal Sessions

Join our group prenatal for a comprehensive experience designed to support you through your pregnancy journey. Connect with other expecting parents while gaining valuable insights on prenatal care, nutrition, and birthing options. Our knowledgeable facilitators are here to answer your questions and provide a nurturing environment., let's prepare for the adventure of parenthood!

In Session One, we will explore essential topics related to the third trimester. You’ll learn about preterm labor, the stages of labor, and various comfort measures to ease your experience. We will also discuss the use of medications including epidurals, medical interventions, and cesarean sections to ensure you are well-informed and prepared for the journey ahead.

In Session Two we'll delve into crucial topics such as birth, newborn sleep patterns, and behaviors. We'll also discuss what to expect if baby requires NICU care, the postpartum period, and the important fourth trimester. Additionally, we will cover all aspects of infant feeding to ensure you feel well-informed and supported.

Offered in a small class setting, group sessions will give everyone a chance to ask questions and connect with other couples in a relaxed and calm atmosphere.  The class runs in 2 sessions, run over 2 weeks. 

You will receive PDF's and Resources via email, and some information and tools in class.

Couples will also have access to support via text, email or phone for the duration of your pregnancy

and up to 4 weeks postpartum
