Online Prenatal Classes

 

Join our online prenatal for a comprehensive experience designed to support you through your pregnancy journey while in the comfort of your own home.

In Session One, we will explore essential topics related to the third trimester. You’ll learn about preterm labor, the stages of labor, and various comfort measures to ease your experience. We will also discuss the use of medications including epidurals, medical interventions, and cesarean sections to ensure you are well-informed and prepared for the journey ahead.

In Session Two we'll delve into crucial topics such as birth, newborn sleep patterns, and behaviors. We'll also discuss what to expect if baby requires NICU care, the postpartum period, and the important fourth trimester. Additionally, we will cover all aspects of infant feeding to ensure you feel well-informed and supported.

Online Session Dates are arranged with the Instructor. The class runs in (preferably) 2 sessions, each session is 3/3.5hrs.

There is opportunity to discuss and ask questions before and after each session. All PDF's and Resources will be emailed to you. You will also have text and email support for the duration of your pregnancy up to 4 weeks Postpartum.
